Directions to Windover

From Bangor:
Interstate 95 South to Exit 43, the Winterport/Carmel Exit. Turn left onto Rt. 69. Stay on Rt. 69 for 5.6 miles to the Kennebec Road (cross straight over the flashing light on Rt. 9). turn right onto the Kennebec Road and Windover is 6 miles on your left.
From the South:
Interstate 95 North to Exit 42, the Dixmont/Carmel Exit. At the stop sign, go left onto Rt. 143. Stay on Rt. 143 for 7 miles and you will come to Rt. 9, a stop sign. Go straight and it becomes the Kennebec Road. Stay on the Kennebec Road (the paved road) for 3 miles. At the top of the second "rollercoaster" hill, Windover is the 5th drive on right, across from Piper Mountain Christmas Tree Farm.

Bus Information

Please be considerate about arriving on time because children
must be supervised prior to pick-up and after drop-off.

Bangor bus pick-up and drop-off will be at Fairmount Park, Royal Road, Bangor.
The bus arrives daily at 7:45 a.m. and departs at 8:15 a.m. Afternoon drop-off is at 4:45.

Hampden bus pick-up and drop-off will be at McGraw School, Main Road, Hampden.
The bus arrives daily at 8:30 a.m. and departs immediately.
Afternoon drop-off is at 4:20 p.m. at McGraw School.
